Exceeding ROAS by 15 points on Black Friday

This was a challenging project for one of the largest retailers in Latin America. We developed online and offline media teaser campaigns optimized by MIA®, ensuring quality traffic and generating leads, as well as 1st party audiences. As a result, the client’s Black Friday performance was outstanding.

The outcome? We reached a 23-point increase in total ROAS and optimized the investment in an integrated way. As such, TV audiences became the most lucrative audiences of the event in terms of sales volume and ROAS, breaking sales records in the store.
